Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 550 to qualify for residency at Cobblestone Village. All applicants are subject to credit, background, and rental history screening. Approval is based on overall application criteria, including income verification.
Your total household gross income should be at least 2× the monthly rent (before taxes) to qualify.
