Our journey began with a mobile coffee and bakery truck, as well as an online platform for our bakery. Our signature maple pecan plaits became an instant hit, and our partnership with a local coffee roaster highlighted our expertly crafted drinks.

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our first brick and mortar location in the Fall of 2025! We can’t wait to welcome you to our new location and share the next chapter of our journey with you.

We believe in the power of local, which is why we source our coffee beans from a nearby roaster, as well as many of the products that are used in our baking and that will be featured in our cafe menu. By supporting local small businesses, we’re investing in the flavor and future of our community. Prima is establishing itself in the community in which the owner grew up and aims to contribute to the stimulation of the local economy.
